GERMAN WWII NSKK MANS DAGGER.
A superb example of the Model 33 NSKK enlisted mans dagger. The blade is absolutely magnificent, produced by probably the rarest maker we have encountered, the logo is ‘MACERO’ with named underneath ‘Henkel & Muller, Solingen-O.’ Virtually all of the cross grain finish remaining, fitted into its early heavy nickel fitted, totally undamaged wood grip with a high quality national eagle and an undamaged enamel SA inset. Complete with its originally black painted scabbard, which retains all of its original paint with some rust bleed through from the steel below. The upper and lower scabbard mounts have good bright nickel with one indentation to the lower ball. A group marking has been stamped on the reverse of the lower cross guard but unfortunately it is difficult to decipher.
