A4 sheet, punch holed for filing with a rusty paperclip mark to the upper left hand side, on the type headed paper of Reichfuhrer SS, dated ‘10th April 1936 Berlin’. The letter sent to SS Unterscharfuhrer Verner Milch, also living in Berlin. Himmler is reprimanding Milch for getting engaged and married without permission. A very nice condition Feldgendarmerie gorget. Stamped steel. All the paint on the buttons and the eagle within the letters of the word ‘Felgendarmerie’ good bright and complete. This is the model with the grey material back with the maker’s logo of an ‘M’ within a lozenge on the uniform retaining hook.
