GERMAN WWII ANTI PARTISAN IN SILVER CITATION WITH WEHRPASS.

An excessively rare grouping of the single citation for the Anti Partisan Badge in silver, A5 size, non punch holed, folded sharply once, faintly twice, awarded to SS Rottenfuhrer Horst Drehkopf of the 1./SS/Jagdverband Sudost. Dated 30th January 1945 pen signed by SS Gruppenfuhrer Globocnik. Issue rubber stamped for the High SS & Police Fuhrer of the Adriatic Coast area. The area covering North Italian provinces of Trieste, Udine and Gorz. Waffen SS Wehrpass, front cover heavily stamped Waffen SS, entries from June 1940 to 30th January 1945, photograph in civilian dress, joined Regiment Brandenburg March 43, Staff Legion Battalion 4th Regiment Brandburg, so probably an ex member of the French Foreign Legion transferred to Einheit Wildschutz Division Brandenburg in May 44, then to SS Jagdverband Sudost, promoted to SS Rottenfuhrer 1st January 1945. Entries in the Wehrpass for the Anti Partisan Badge in silver, signed by the unfortunately named ?SS Untersturmfuhrer Fucker. A post war 1947 Anti Typhus Certificate dated ?5th May 1947. The SS Jadgverband named Jagdverband Mitte, Jagdverband Nord West, Jagdverband Ost, Jagdverband Sudost & Jagdverband Sudwest were formed by the famous Otto Skorveny primarily for operations behind enemy lines in the latter part of WWII.
